Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Blackline Academy purchases, including the $299 founding cohort. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

Refunds are issued by BlackLine Leadership through our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund, reply to your Stripe payment receipt email or contact us through the Blackline Academy website with the email address you used at checkout, and we will process the request.

Refunds are normally approved within 3 business days and can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Once a refund is processed, your access to the program, community, and materials ends. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
