These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are between you and BlackLine Leadership ("we", "us", "the seller"), the operator of Blackline Academy. By using this website, applying to, or purchasing any Blackline Academy program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Blackline Academy is a 12-week leadership and personal discipline program delivered online, including curriculum materials, worksheets, live coaching sessions (for cohort participants), and a certificate of completion. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the program for your own personal use.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for all activity under them.

BlackLine Leadership is the seller of the Blackline Academy program. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.

Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. The founding cohort price of $299 is a one-time payment and is not a subscription. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You must not misuse the service. This includes:

• Any unlawful use of the website, program, or community spaces.
• Fraud, spam, or misrepresentation in applications or payments.
• Infringing intellectual property — including copying, reselling, or redistributing curriculum, videos, workbooks, or other materials.
• Interfering with the security or operation of the service (malware, probing, scraping, or circumvention of technical limits).
• Reverse engineering any part of the service.

BlackLine Leadership retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the curriculum, videos, workbooks, scorecards, branding, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP to you.

We work hard to keep the program available and high quality, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Live sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of program or community standards. Where access ends, any personal data we hold is handled in line with our Privacy Notice.

The program is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
